Acceptance Of Terms
By accessing our website, inquiring about our services, or subscribing to a NetLocal 360° plan, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.
Services We Provide
NetLocal 360° provides managed website design, development, hosting, maintenance, support, and related digital presence services. Specific deliverables, scope, and pricing are defined in your selected plan or service agreement. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Subscriptions And Billing
Our services are generally offered on a subscription basis with an initial setup fee. Billing occurs according to the schedule and payment method you authorize. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Setup fees and certain project work are non-refundable once work has begun. You are responsible for keeping payment information current.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary materials such as logos, content, images, and access credentials when requested. Delays caused by missing or incomplete client input may extend timelines. You represent that you have the right to use any materials you provide to us.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the custom website design and content we create specifically for you, subject to any third-party licenses or tools used in delivery. We retain ownership of our proprietary frameworks, processes, templates, and pre-existing intellectual property. We may display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Acceptable Use
You may not use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for violations of acceptable use, including but not limited to illegal content, malware distribution, spam, or intellectual property infringement.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NetLocal 360° is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the twelve months preceding the claim. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic levels, or business outcomes.
Termination
Either party may terminate a subscription according to the cancellation terms in your service agreement. Upon termination, your access to managed services and hosting may end, and we may remove your website from our infrastructure after a reasonable grace period. You remain responsible for any outstanding charges.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NetLocal 360° operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
